Glan Dulyn cottage is located in the village of Betws Y Coed on the bank of the river Llugwy.
The property is circa 1900 and is a 3 storey cottage; access is by double gated entrance to a private driveway leading to a car park and the garden.
The garden borders on to the Llugwy River.
Due to the age and its location of the property it is therefore not suitable to young children under 6 yrs old.

The garden boundary is : stone wall to adjacent field next to driveway, and stock fencing to the river and stone wall in patio area.
The driveway is gravelled, traditional slate slabs (which may be uneven) to car park and access to the patio area, the patio area is paved.
The driveway access to the garden is via a double gate , leading to the parking area, and is best approached from the village side to drive into the Garden. A three point turn is possible in the parking area to allow vehicles to drive out.
